Restaurant Style Rolls

Do you love the bread that they serve at nice restaurants? Try this:
Make a batch of rolls either from scratch or frozen bread dough. While the rolls are baking melt 2 TBSP butter with 2 tsp honey. (I have an electric oven and the back burner gets pretty warm when the oven is on. I find if I put the honey and butter in a saucepan and set it on the burner while the rolls are cooking, then it is melted and ready by the time the rolls are done.) As soon as the rolls come out of the oven, brush the honey butter over the top. As they cool, it will form a yummy slightly sweet glaze that can rival those fancy restaurants!

I usually just do melted butter. I never thought to add a bit of honey to it! Thanks for sharing!

Oh, wow, is that why restaurant rolls are so sweet? Thanks for the tip, I'm definitely doing this next time I make rolls!

These sound so yummy & so easy! I love your tip about just warming them on the stovetop using oven heat.
